PepCore ("the app") and the website at pepcoreapp.com are operated by Khaled Ashraf ("we", "us"). By installing the app or using the calculator on this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
PepCore is a logbook and a unit converter. It records what you tell it and does arithmetic on it. It is not a medical device, it does not give medical advice, and it never tells you what to take or how much. Those decisions are between you and a qualified healthcare professional.
PepCore is an educational reference and personal tracking tool. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions or recommendations. It does not recommend compounds, amounts, schedules or combinations, and it does not verify that anything you enter is safe, legal or correct.
The reconstitution calculator performs a unit conversion on numbers you supply. It cannot know what is actually in your vial. Always verify the result yourself before acting on it. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting, changing or stopping any peptide, supplement, medication or protocol. If you think you are having a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to you, including any law governing the substances you choose to track.
PepCore is for adults 18 and over. By using it you confirm you are at least 18.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, for your own use. You may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the app, reverse-engineer it except to the extent that restriction is unenforceable where you live, or use it to build a competing product.
The web calculator at pepcoreapp.com is free to use, without an account, and we intend to keep it that way.
What you log stays on your device. You own it, and you are responsible for it — including keeping a backup. Backups are files you create and control; we never receive them. If you delete the app without exporting a backup, your data is gone and we cannot recover it, because we never had a copy.
The one feature that sends data off your device is the AI Coach. What it sends, where it goes and what is retained is set out in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The AI Coach is an optional Premium feature that produces an educational, automated read on information you submit. It is generated by a third-party AI model. It can be wrong, incomplete or misleading, and it is not a clinician. Do not rely on it for any medical decision, and do not submit anything you would not want processed by a third-party AI service.
Fair-use limits apply per install so that a single device cannot exhaust the service. The current limits are stated in the Privacy Policy; we may adjust them to keep the feature sustainable.
You agree not to use the AI Coach to attempt to obtain prescriptions, to generate instructions for harming yourself or anyone else, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service.
Tracking in PepCore is free, with no cap on how many peptides you log. Premium adds the AI Coach, PDF reports, text export and protocol QR images. Premium is offered at $39.99 per year (with a 7-day free trial) or $6.99 per month (with a 3-day free trial). Prices may vary by region and may change; the price shown in the App Store at the time of purchase is the one that applies.
All purchases are handled by Apple, not by us. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the end of that period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel your subscription in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not retroactively refund the current period. Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us — request one through Apple's Report a Problem page. We cannot issue, approve or reverse a charge.
Your use of the app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User Licence Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's EULA conflict, Apple's EULA governs the licence to use the app.
We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of PepCore, including Premium features, and we may update the app to keep it working with new versions of iOS. We don't guarantee the app or the site will be available uninterrupted or error-free. If we discontinue Premium entirely, we'll give notice through the app and you can cancel through Apple.
PepCore is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that calculations, reminders, reports or AI Coach output are accurate, complete or suitable for any purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or health outcomes, arising out of your use of PepCore. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to PepCore is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of the two sections above may not apply to you, and you may have consumer rights that these terms cannot override.
We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above changes when we do. Material changes will be signalled in the app or on this page. Continuing to use PepCore after a change means you accept the updated terms.
